I save every bit of info I can including emails and whatsapps....But I don't solicit via message, whatsapp etc. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it as it helps you keep track of good and bad clients and regulars. Cops need an additional warrant to check your phone or pc, so my clients have never been at any risk and I'm not the type to blackmail, so what exactly makes it wrong?

Btw, any successful lady I have encountered over the years keeps detailed records of their clients, including registrations and phone numbers.

Where does this lady work from? Does she have a profile? Sorry, I knew a Mystique, so just curious if it's her.
