More worried about some places and WGs recording my car numberplate, even caught one lady few years ago taking a photo as I reversed out of the gate.

@Star (fish) I totally agree.

I save numbers of the clients that are interested in making a booking, or they have to confirm the next day to see their availability.

To me telephone etiquette is important, so when a client calls you, you can answer the call and say Good morning "Joe". I record all my clients in my little black book so I can have "hands on" in my business. I have a rule that should a client call I will call them back by responding with a missed call during business hours, unless the client has stated otherwise. Which is then noted.

My clients have never had a problem with me saving their number. I guess everyone has their own way of doing things.

Should I have a blocked a client for a reason. I block him and remove his number from my phone.

It most certainly works for me and my clients.

Okay...got the joke. But posting this kind of personal information (doesn't have ANYTHING to do with us punters) is usually a sign of insecurity...of feeling threatened by the other WG.

I would rather have the lady know who is calling/ texting her - it makes things easier for both of you!

They call me and make an appointment with me... We don't own clients... we just service them... I never owned any clients...
