I only write the dates and amounts paid in order to keep track of my earnings ..

As for numbers those are saved not written down ...I only save a punter after his third booking,I do have all my regulars saved because they are special..

Trouble makers & time wasters are saved too...

I save numbers:

No shows -so they can NEVER get the chance to mess me around again;

Regulars and Favourites: so I know who they are when they call;

Those punters who have warnings posted about them: So that I can limited my exposure to risk;

People who try to SMS me despite the NO SMS etc on my profile - that way I know they are disrespectful and I must be careful.

I DO NOT use the numbers saved to EVER call any client as I do not wish to put them in a situation. And, NO-ONE has access to any of my computerised business records! who still writes things down anyway?

Girls are silly not to keep both clientele & financial records. Its responsible to do so

When I took my boss to court, my records proved my case for unpaid credit cards and I won as a result. So, ladies there are lots of reasons why it is a right and proper thing to do to keep proper records of ones business.

There are ways to 'steal' clients but honestly thats the wrong word for it. More 'tempting' clients is better. I have personally seen a girl try to entice a client from a girl who was finishing up another booking (he had shown up 20min early). When i saw what she was doing (trying to get him to stop waiting and go with her instead) I did step in and offer him a drink and ask him to wait in the booking room and have a shower if he liked. While the client isnt owned and belongs to no one and can choose who he wants, that is an example of a girl trying to take another girls booking.

I suggest not being curious and peeking into girls belongings. Even if in the open

When I started newly I used to keep a little black book not with clients numbers in but with how many bookings I did a day
Now I just write down how much I bank a week and what my expenses was
I save clients numbers on whatapp only with their permission
I save my regulars number
I save no shows and waist of time guys so that I know not to takes them again
I save guys who gave me trouble or just had a kak booking with
