The whole mind is a fog, like a dream where a thousand people talk at the same time, but nobody understands each other.
We have been domesticated to form an image of how we should be, in order to be accepted by everybody.
Quietude is necessary, indeed, in order to realise, accept and wholeheartedly love our true selves, without needing to move to be accepted by others.
