It is not just our disposable income that are shrinking due to VAT increase, pertrol price increases, these fine ladies are equally affected by all those, and then gets the double whammy as punters now have less money to spend on punting.

My suggestion would be to work smarter to sustain a steady income stream.

1. Loyalty programs
2. Subscribtion / pay as you go service contract
3. Do not do specials, that price would soon becone the expected price that punters are prepare to pay, and they will only visit durin "Specials".

Ok floor is now open for an exchange of ideas on how we can assist these ladies to improve their income stream.

Your point 3 is the straw that breaks thecamels back. If you have a mortgage to pay, say 500 rand, and one quick special will get you there, or do you stick to your principles and keep it at a K. I wish I knew the answer, but I know what I would do. We could debate quality of service versus income, and regular clientele, but there are too many factors, so sorry guys and gals, I cannot give a definitive answer

I've had similar experiences.

PM the ladies, ask for rates and services. They read the PM and just could not care to answer back. Yet they log in every hour or so on ESA showing that they are active.

My first thought was that business must be booming?

Let's talk overnight bookings. This has become very expensive for me personally. You are looking at around R8k to R10k including accommodation and dinner etc. (if you're lucky). I just can't afford it anymore. Like the guys said, disposable income is getting less and less for most punters.

Best value for money now in terms of overnight bookings is HOE, R6k all inclusive. 5 star venue with heated jacuzzi, 5 star food, drinks and a beautiful lady for the whole night. Uncle Steve has the edge here..lol!

I was honestly under the impression business is booming for the ladies? This thread shocked me.

Saw some posts by ladies that I thought were great initiatives. They play around with the time instead of the hourly rate. So you get 70 minutes instead of 60 or 40 minutes instead of 30. I thought that was out of the box thinking.

I visits a couple of private ladies and venues ... nearly everyone is complaining how slow business are currently .. business is definitely not booming for most of the ladies .. sad but true !!!

It is really sad, and shoot my for saying this

Econo 101. To many ladies in the market, and those with the specials are not just affecting themself but the rest of the market.

Why pay X if you can get the same for X - 10. Guys jump from special to special forcing prices down to the detriment of the ladies.

This market requires a real shake-up, or the ladies will keep on suffering.
