We all know that there are huge issues regarding the economy and a lack of free time these days for clients who can afford to play. Additionally there has been a huge influx of new service providers and a decine in clients due to the economic situation.

Why direct that question at me? I was disagreeing on the fact that its about affordability because I have experienced difficulty in adjusting my fees to suit that notion and competing on that level has actually negatively affected business for us. This industry is not a poor mans game, sorry to say.

I disagree again. Girls bargain or give specials and have to see 3 or 4 clients who get bang for their buck and fuck them senseless for every drop they can get. Even if I get 1 a day at R1000, which i often do, I'm more then happy....selling a special is harder work physically and clients generally try to get every little bargained cent worth. The forum is rampant with specials, but why then is business not booming for them? Normal rates stop applying to these ladies and their lives become a succession of specials because no one is willing to pay her worth any longer. and it's rarely a case that guys can't afford it. It's more a case of them wanting to see 10 different girls a month with all the belks and whistles included, rather then see 5 girls a month and pay them what they are worth. Our bodies and time are seriously undervalued these days and its disheartening but we do what we must. Then one wonders why there is a lack of enthusiasm or quality from the girls.

This is a good topic. It's related to something I wanted to raise. Quite a few ladies in the industry are my personal friends and they have also mentioned the same in relation to the quite period.

So it's a general community wide issue. When the economy went bust last year many properties came onto the market which was a clear indication of investors trimming the branches and cutting back on luxuries.

I have noticed many new ladies listing and when enquiring there prices are in the range of 2500 to 3500. The usual 800 for one hour fh is now gone up to 1200 and 1400.

Now you tell me as a seasoned punter how is it justifiable to spend 3500 on one interaction when previously we could get 4 interactions from a good quality girl.

It's time to reset the clock cycles, reduce the overheads and reduce the prices so that the foot traffic can pick up again. Perhaps we should have pussy week once a month with competive pricing to entice punters.

You talk about the community and in the same breath say this is not a poor man's game.

Anyway unless you willing to move with the market....it will keep getting quieter for most

Money is really tight . Not only in this industry but across the whole spectrum, so when looking for a punt we are more selective. If I phone a WG and she sounds distracted , uninterested or just has very little telephone etiquette. I would rather not make a booking because thats when she has to make a good impression. The quality of bookings in my opinion has dropped massively from 10 years ago or I've become less horny or both .

When I started smoking as a 10 year old boy, the price of a packet of smokes was about 25c. When I stop smoking 2 years ago, I paid R30.00 for that same packet. That is 120x more than when I started.

How can you expect the same price year after year. Really do you guys think that Rent, creams, towels and whatever these ladies need to pay to provide you with a service, and still be able to support their families are free of inflation or vat increase.

Please be realistic. If you can afford the toys then don't buy it. Do not try and okay on these ladies minds to accommodate your needs to their and theircfamilies disadvantage. And you want to call yourself a Gentlemen when doing this, I am ashamed at bring associated with men like this.

Oh don't get me wrong. I actually did spend 3500 on a punt and it was not worth it. It should of only been around 1200 like the rest of the quality girls. Why should we the customer pay for someone else's lifestyle especially when it's luxury. This industry being one of the oldest is based on good business sense. So it's common knowledge to rethink the circumstance when setting a pricing strategy that's competive there's no shame in offering a better rate and a better service. There's no shame in being honest in relation to price and service. There's no shame in telling the truth when you have put down the investments with zero returns. There's no shame in advising service providers in offering a better rate. The four major banks in South Africa compete purely on rates. The rate determines a concluded deal. The economy is driven by rates. Interest rate. Repo rates. Inflation rates etc.
From other punter's comments "money is tight" ... New brand of Cigarette companies have emerged that sell a pack of 20's for 10 rands. Consumers have turned to these cigarettes and are quite happy. Similarly new girls will emerge with new service offerings suited for the punters pocket under the current market forces. Adapt.

Bargain hunters there will always be.
I have never seen that Ferrari or Lamborghini are offering "special price" ever. But Nissan, Toyota, etc all do that. They all got 4 wheels. And trust me you don't get any of the above at the same price as 5 years ago. Lots of girls haven't increase their prices for years. But the cost of living didn't stand still.
So...for the guys that except that girls have to increase their prices to keep up with the cost of living. Great on you.

Yes we not only have our own things to pay.
Because i work private, i have double the expenses of a normal household (Yes its my choice to offer my clients the privacy they deserve).
Everything went up paying more for water and electricity because I like my clients to take a shower before and after the session.
I would never let my clients use another clients towels or bedding that's full of cum stains and oils.
(That's why I do washing till 12 at night to ensure everything is clean for the next day)
So yes we do ask our own prices but look what you get for the price....
