A mate goes punting and find you live just next door?
You crash into her car again and she loses her sh1t on you?
She starts to hit you up for a loan or will tell any mattress that visit you that you are punting with her?

It can work...I had a neighbour 2 doors down that found out I was a WG.

Obviously I knew him as I am one of the Trustees and the first time he booked me, it was arranged as I would any new gent, I gave him my address, he arrived on time but what was strange was that before I could open the gate for him, he said he was already inside the complex, next thing he came around the corner when I was walking to meet him and he grabbed my arm and said come lets go!

LOL...the confusion on my face, not knowing how to react, all I could say was that "You are from no. so and so unit" and he said yes! I have been eyeing you out for a while now, come let's go!

I started laughing and that's how it all began...boundaries were set afterwards, respect for each others space and personal lives were given and so began the relationship of a beautiful paid fucking arrangement.

No freebies, no taking chances and it worked just perfect until he moved away last year.

Yes, he was in a relationship, but she did not live with him, so when the cat was away, the mouse came to play ;)
