Maybe, but as I paid for 'a service', which was withheld, in my opion, unjustly, I believe that I should get a refund? Also streaking is against the law, what law have I broken?

I believe it's a reasonable request. You could not make use of what you paid for, unless it's explicitly stated somewhere in the terms and conditions that you forfeit your money if you get banned.

The only restriction during the banning, was your access to "posting" comments and reviews and use of the message system.
You were still allowed all other facilities available to Gold Members...like access to enlarged pictures; galleries & videos etc...so not much of a case there, if you want to challenge ESA on that!

I also suffered the same fate...but it seems that the real losers here are the rest of the members, who could not read the reviews on girls that I have visited, or be warned of any dodgy venues or scams etc.
so I don't see how that kind of punishment fits the offence....but we should appreciate the facilities provided an just move on...

ESA has not commented on this(or I might have missed it if they did)...so it seems that they are adamant , and will not change their stance on this...

Sorry KL, this language thing is keeping everyone on tiptoes. Hence participating on the forum has dropped. Girls can't even attract punters through their language. If it were at the world cup l would say don't jump with your hands in the air, you will be penalised if the ball hits you because hands don't rest in the air. I have seen players trying to jump with their hands down.

Allowing an audit of the ESA charity account appears to be more likely than a change of the ESA policy in respect of language.
