- got to go sort out a enterprise customer's flapping/latency/jitter/connectivity problem
- meeting with SEACOM or Liquid
- and the occasional "I got pink eyes/sprained ankle/car problem etc and will work from home"
- usual sick leave. You are entitled to 36 days sick leave in 3 year cycle. Use it.
