I feel the same about most of what the other ladies have already commented on. I would just like to add.... Punters please dont ask for a certain time and say you will contact again closer to the time (without confirming the booking) and then be upset if when you phone 10min before the time and I dont have any space available. Please understand that I work on confirmed bookings and I keep an appointment book. So if you confirm your booking I keep your time
