What a fuck up last week Thursday evening I took phyto black. All excited about the nite and fun ahead with the wifey unfortunately she fell ill so I ended up doing the washing by hand had s good sleep tho. Got up in the morning as usual shower get ready for work head out to work for Friday and by 11am the unusual things start happening. Sore arms burning chest thought was acid reflux but actually it was a major heart attack. Currently in hospital recovering. My cholesterol was low 3.6 and 3.6 was no blockage angio was clear how ever now have ended up with dialated arteries both on the left and the right. I would suggest stay away from it.
