He is simply suggesting that folks try to present themselves as "accurately as possible" so all parties have reasonable expectations.

I have clients that have done that. Brag about losing a few hundred grand at the casinos the night before and then insist on R50 change, lol.

But I don't have any expectations when it comes to clients! The only differences from 1 client to the next is if they are regulars that I have come to know.

If a girl thinks a guy is loaded because of the car he drives, she's fooling herself. Many people are owned by the bank because of their expensive taste and are more often then not over budget of what they can afford! Bells and whistles mean nothing...anyone can fake their financial situations!

I dont care what a guy drives, as long as he pays me what I ask!
