But I suppose we all learn that a lady has many guises and my advice to fellow punters are:
The 7 habits to successful punting:

1. The telephone manner says it all.
2. Communication.
3. Stay in your area.
4. Read your reviews. So important. Some good advice out there!
5. Age does make a difference. Back in the day....And all that!
6. Area to like punting is like buying a home? More often than not determine the service? True or not?
7. Phone and decide! All other media just bullshit!

Had my fair share of bad service today!

Some excellent advice, specially no 1 and 2, but differ on some if the rest.

1. I punt in all areas of Pta, and never had a problem.

2. I care a "rat's ass" about reviews, don't know which reviews are selfies, which is from a jealous ex / SP, a punter that was wrapped over the fingers for trying to push the boundaries.

@Vet...was thinking on the same lines...with many SP's having a downturn in business...one would expect a huge 'upping' of at least a phone enquiry...to increase business...just my opinion, if I am put off by the responses telephonically, I stay away.
Maybe those 'bad service' days mean the SP does not need the business. Sure the choice is up to the SP on seeing a punter but I find the 'non-interested' attitudes really off putting - to me the service starts with the first call for me to make my decision to spend my time and money with any SP. Yeah, no guarantees here, so have had my hits and misses and I guess this is the way we move on. You see with all the gorgeous SP's here on ESA, I have a serious weakness to try and visit as many as I can - guess this goes with the territory.

Sorry slightly off topic but trying to find out what the Lady's would prefer to be called - SPs sound like people who I sometimes deal with in my work and are not very sexy

I also asked a few ladies, via pm, in a very respectful and polite way about providing me with a particular service ( nothing weird at all) as I was not sure if they provided the service I was looking for. Date, time, venue all mentioned in the pm. Received a reply from 2 out of 4 ladies and 1 of these was after the date of the proposed service. By the way I had seen all of these ladies before...

Recession??? Maybe I am just not what they were looking for or maybe the service is just crap.

tell me abt it ... u even wonder if business is bad ... they really have to use all channels available to get clients ... be it PM or SMS or whatsapp but do they respond, no

what really suck though is that feeling of crap or that feeling that u just thrown money down the toilet when u get bad service ... sometimes i just take a break from punting ...

Telephone manner and communication skills are critical for me in making a decision on whether to visit a lady or not. I couldn't care less how high her ratings are. If she doesn't have the decency to respond in a proper manner then 9 times out of 10 she'll provide crap service too in my opinion.

I avoid ladies with bad communication skills and bad telephone manner like the plague! It is my pet hate in the punting world.

I understand they have to deal with all sorts of characters on the phone everyday and it must be tiring, but I'm friendly and to the point when I make contact. No need to take it out on me. It's still a business at the end of the day. It all starts with the phone call/PM/WA.

The best punts I've had were all from ladies with good telephone manners.

I love this tread.
I have worked with a SP once and I was shocked by the way she handled her clients and answered her phone. Some days I was actually speechless what I heard lol.

I believe every client needs to be respected. If a clients calls you, he took the time and made the effort so show the same respect.

I don't cater for black clients, please don't attack me, I beg you, its a personal preference, but I had a couple of clients calling me and I can hear by the accent that I won't be able to cater for them.

Still I ask who I am speaking to I tell them politely my ROAR rules and where I can I refer a lady that I think that would be able to accommodate them.

I have heard on a couple of occasions the words, Lea thank u for being so polite, or Lea thank you for your kind response and thank you for not putting the phone down in my ear.

I would never do that.
I believe the first communication between me and my client is either via call,SMS or WhatsApp, and it costs nothing to be polite..... But now comes the down side.

My work number is always on as I use my mtn data.

My add stipulates my working hours, but still I would get a WhatsApp at 00.05 on a Sunday evening, or a WhatsApp on a Sunday......with the words, I am horny....how much for a fuck?????
