I agree...can't have double standards. Whenever you get a new client,it's an opportunity to make him a regular.
But with return clients,I always try to find out what he likes so I can cater to that. The aim is to keep him excited and happy enough for him to keep on coming back...

What wrong with some of these guys if they get bad service they complain if the get outstanding service they complain that you do your job too well. Starting tobsound like the wife always complaining.
The truth is JJsoap you can believe it because you are for that time you are there. Once you leave its time for the next punter to take your place. Its what we do we make the punter feel like that so they can come back and they normally do ;)
