From experience a practical consideration is it's like cleaning a murder scene afterwards.
The metallic smell gets to me and looking down shocks me limp because seeing blood makes me feel like something has gone horribly wrong.
Have any of the SP found work arounds to this? Apart from the contraceptions. I know in Porn a sponge is used but it's more of a last measure.
