Based on your general responses on different threads, u appear to be level headed and a "kind of" objective thinker. However, there is no guarantee that Branislav's tenant is da same so that's why he should just avoid the risk altogether. U kno sum chicks can go crazy on your ass in the blink of an eye

If she doesn't know who you are, perhaps an out-call so you can have a good renter and a punt? And as the ever lovely Meg said:

If I found out after the fact that my flat is being occupied by a WG, I'd leave it be.

I'd never willingly rent one of my properties to a WG I'm familiar with, no matter how cool we may be with each other.

Not sure why it should be an issue at all - unless she is not looking after your place - It like saying your renters are not allowed to screw in your property - Id rather rent it to a WG that looks after the place - Most of them kept places ultra clean and neat - than to students for example

The problem starts when the lady's business may be shit, and she can't pay the rent.

Or things may go sour between myself and the WG, and I don't get my rent.

Or she has a useless lazy cunt of a boyfriend/husband who I didnt know about and he takes the money and I dont get my rent.

I've been thru the hell of getting rogue tenant out of my townhouse who didnt pay rent for 4 months which turned into 16 months with the court processes. The law is on the side of the tenant, not the landlord. And that motherfucker knew how to play the system.

If my current rental agent gives my place to a WG I may know, it's all good, as long as the WG doesnt know that I'm the owner.

But If I know a WG whom I book, I definitely wont be renting any place out to them.

I always ask for payslips and permission to do credit checks to verify that the person can afford to pay for the rent. I thought this was normal. So no income verification then?
