I had a look at the forum to see if the topic of Trump has been explicitly discussed before. I see it hasnt.

So I ask the forum, what do you think of Trump? Brash but needed president for the United States and the world, or a distraction, a problem for the world at large, or something else, or do you not care?

What do we think folks.

A refreshing president, not trying to be politically correct (strange for a politition).

Trump is the laughing stock of the world.
Some of the Republican policies make sense but the way Trump behaves makes him a joke.
His election promises are not being kept other than the wall which he is using as a distraction from the real issues.
Problem for me is that he has the nuclear launch codes.

He kept his promises of cutting taxes for individuals and companies, resulting in a strong growing economy. He took on China and is winning that trade war benefitting USA. Some of his policies such as his pre-occupation with the wall are not logical but are in keeping with what he promised in his election campaign. He does not try to appease the womans rights / minority rights / green rights / etc but wants to make sure that he is doing is the best for his people.
