For your information, Jenna contacted ESA admin before she posted on the public forum. They stated that they are unable to assist her and therefore she felt the need to go to the public forum.

I guess we will never know the truth here. But it would be nice to get feedback on who ptaboer is/was - at least if it was a punter or a girl.

Unfortunately, it is a policy on ESA that PM's are not to be posted on the forum.

Jenna and Celia knew what they were doing was against the rules and have accepted the consequences as I have already spoken to them regarding it.

We cannot overlook the offence just because the situation called for it.

We are looking into the situation but can only do so much as soon as ptaboer contacts us.
