Here's my suggestion.
So I do believe that there will be quite a few non HOE ladies present, and working on that day via HOE.
My suggestion is that ALL ladies charge the same fixed rate and decided upon by management.
Last thing I want is to jump from lady to lady asking what's her price. Or you find a lady, you chat, you comfortable with her, then 1 hour later you find out that you can't afford her.
Further, we can budget ourselves for the day. 2 punts is better than one. Everyone wins.

The HOE ladies rates are fixed ... the rates of the non HOE ladies can't be controlled by management .. everyone has their own rates unfortunately.
