ESA admin was very clear about not marketing ladies until their profiles are uploaded and active.

Martinm was banned and paid a fine. Did you not learn anything about how 'free loading' works?

Because there is no active profile yet she may not be promoted on Escort South Africa

The policy on freeloading is clear when a non-paying or non-active advertiser gets promoted it takes away the attention from the paying active advertisers.

We are not debating our policy.
