I agree 100%. Ive had the most amazing experiences in this industry, some very good, some very bad, exactly as you described it.
That's the way it goes.

Ok, I know I am going to be crucified for this but here goes.
This is a service industry like any other.
I expect a waiter at a restaurant to be pleasant and professional at all times, whether they are having a bad day or not is besides the point. Waiter tells me to go fuck myself and I am going to give that restaurant a bad review and make sure all my friends know about it and will never go back.
I don't care if the waiter is having a bad day.
Why make an exception just because the type of service is different.

Having said that, yes, I have experienced exactly the same as you describe and will never go back to some advertisers

Done it all.....that is my whole point. You are not ordering of a menu at a restaurant here. If You want guarentees....spend your money elsewhere.

Price lists and everything is set in advance.
As a punter why must I endure 15 mins bitching and moaning about ESA fining them and it's not fair...bla bla bla...

I expect Utopia for R1500 an hour.
I know it is always great for two people to have a connection but "keeping it real" is not an excuse for kak service

I actually agree with you in that it doesn't happen all the time. That is not acceptable though. If I am paying for it I should expect good service.

Yes, she has bad days and has to vent, but when the vent is over she is so professional and puts it aside...

If You have a "regular" You probably saw other ladies who didnt become your regular? Saw them without whining about the time You wasted and how youre life is ruined now? Like learning from your "mistakes"?

I'm with Done it all here... I'm PAYING YOU for a service which should be great, no matter how your day is going. If you're not up for it, you need to cancel or not be available for that day.

I totally agree and if it was my fault entirely I would give you another appointment for free.

But, unfortunately sometimes there is no connection at all or it is just awkward and in that situation I would prefer you to be honest and cancel on arrival.


Thats just my 2 cents....

By the way todate I have never had any client leave my premises unhappy or not satisfied.
