The advertisers can advertise their availability when they are available and as many times as they feel it's needed. This forum is a marketing tool for the advertisers and if a particular advertisers post annoys you just scroll past no one is forcing you to click on the post to keep reading it.

There is no inequality on the forum regarding ladies posting their availability, "the early bird catches the worm" if the other advertisers choose not to advertise early what is it to you and who appointed you as their speaker?
