Started many moons ago while married, since divorced now in a long term relationship. She's the best thing to ever happen to me. But it's an addiction, can't stop. Truth - prefer them younger and professional. Feel guilty sometimes, know it's not fair but I want it all.

It's because she is busy taking care of you and your kids,worrying about her family day and night.and forget to take care of herself,wives/mothers always put their families first,and forget about themselves.

True! I dont deny that she is an excellent mother and caretaker. BUT, we both make sacrifices as we are a single income famm (only me with an office job). We have a full time domestic to help. Really that hard to find time in the mornings when kids are at school? Or to pay a little bit more attention on what you eat and drink?
Maybe i am just trying to justify myself. Sure. But at some point after 10+ years you start looking for greener pastures.

Vrik, I agree with you. It won't take away from being a good mother and wife to look at what you eat, or to just take even 30 mins a day or every second day for some exercise.

you also mentioned lack of sexual apetite on her side. well that too can go two ways. if you make her feel wanted she may feel more generous, but then again apetites do vary and you may be indeed in a position to loose out or go out.
