Maybe he has a fleet of cars but has his leg in a hard plaster cast and is hence temporarily immobilized.
Possibly hes a wonderful soul which is what attracted her.

Anyways, everyone has their reasons for the choices they make. We may all not agree on the choices of others but we should respect it.

I agree. Or he may have been working and couldn't pick her up in time.
I have a regular who drives a beaten up old Nissan 1400 bakkie. But weekends you will see him all dressed up driving a top of the range Mercedes. He owns several business and residential properties. Can only write enough English to be able to write out an invoice. I remember when he pulled up at a house I was working at, nobody was too interested in a booking with him.

We are quick to judge on what people have or don't have. We draw conclusions from incomplete pictures, from a social media post, from a profile pic, from a status posted. So from 1 pic it is concluded that her taste is questionable and that he is useless.

I did not mention anything about whether he has a car or not. That wasn't my point. My point was that the guy is comfortable enough for his woman to catch a lift in the middle of the night with a total stranger - a stranger who prowls adult websites looking to pay for sex, mind you.

But hey, like most of you said, maybe there are other qualities he possesses other than caring for his girl's safety.

I think the big problem is that when we fall in love we don't have too much control over the issues of the heart.

Our heads will have all these expectations of the perfect match but the heart will fall in love with everything but what the head want for us.

Then there is also the question of ....
