It is terrible! Only advice I have is not to try and interact with other people while feeling like this.
I think this is highly contagious.
To everyone who has this...I truly hope you all feel better soon. Don't wait to long before you do something about it.

Have you tried taking Echinaforce. I swear by it and start in February right through to October I also increase my Vitamin C to 1000mg over this period and even with Asthma I have not had flu that badly in two years.

i can't remember when last I had the flu. I never had since I am in Gauteng. Maybe it's of my healthy lifesyle and the occasional punt.

D not take things lightly now a days. With so many strains of different viruses floating around, we need proper diagnosis and medication. But also keep the home remedies going, like honey and lemon, grapefruit and oranges, cinnamon etc etc. These things do help in building up and maintaining immunity.
We cannot afford to lose you MEG!!!!!!!!!
