D not take things lightly now a days. With so many strains of different viruses floating around, we need proper diagnosis and medication. But also keep the home remedies going, like honey and lemon, grapefruit and oranges, cinnamon etc etc. These things do help in building up and maintaining immunity.

I think I had a OD of meds inside my body.
I also think it's something with sessions changing for me.

I hardly get flu in my life,hahaha but when I was kid.i use to hate that,because everyone got sick and left alone not sick.then I will be the only child that everyone will sending around:(


Drink water with fresh lemon,boil lemon mix with honey or lemon juice and mix it with honey.oh lemon tea,

Add garlic on your food,drink ginger tea,boil fresh ginger and garlic add some honey in it.everytime you wake up or go to bed,untill winter ends.
