Oh, I see. Your comment just seemed misplaced. In my view, if the notice is too short and the lady is not ready, she should say so. I (I don't speak for everyone) would not mind waiting that extra 15-30 minutes if it guarantees that the lady will be ready upon my arrival. Once you confirm that you are available at that particular time, the client assumes you are ready.

Sorry but ladies are to blame for taking bookings if they advertised their rooms as heated rooms... just to find a freezing cold room... very bad service... it's not fair. No excuse except for running out of gas is acceptable... but then they should tell the client before making the booking...
