I know alot of girls that do the same.

And most of the time its offered to the caucasian gents only.

I agree with you Sparky. She can charge whatever she wants to and if the client is not clean, she can refuse.

I personally love OWO but some ladies tell me it is at their discretion and knowing my body, I have hardly been denied this service as I am very hygienic.
