Twitter and Facebook and instagram.
ESA account is harmless politically.
But if you are critical of USA foreign policies in the Middle East, expect them to refuse you a visa.

Nothing wrong with an ESA account however you are going to a country where prostitution is illegal in all but one state if I am correct. May or may not be frowned upon, one never knows with these visa requirements.
