There are modern testing methods available to determine paternity. Her being a WG, the father could be anyone. Don't be bullshitted and/or blackmailed.

I would recommend that you have a paternity test done after the berth. If it turn out to be yours then pay maintenance or negotiate to adopt the child. Remember it a lot of these girls won’t be able to look after this child due to the nature of their work. It’s your responsibility and it will forever haunt you if you run away.
