Drink, smoke, wank,married,drop the kids at school, cook,washing dishes,work, do laundry, fuck Wifey in a kinky way( nymphomaniac),mow the lawn, clean the pool, wash the cars in a speedo, check out ESA daily. Thats why I drink.

Having those flexible hour jobs or being self employed is definitely a root cause.
I find myself partying during the week when I don't have to wake up early and report to an office.
Smoking weed and gaming certainly helps as a substitute.

Found the non alcholic drinks and absolute pleasure to drink.
Ie the beck blue, the castle malt non alcholic and the new one on the market the savanna lemon non alcholic drinks .
All have the same taste just without the alchol and can be around those that drink with no worries drinking the above.
Maybe give these ago boys .

Only way to quit smoking is to get involved in a sport and go all in then you wil feel the smoking will hold u back , then stop and see the difference what happens ...
