Feeling stupid because of one blunder doesn't go away so easily sometimes. It can take days to get off my conscience.

After 5:00pm she probably has to pay the helper/nanny/day care/transport/venue, extra to stay late.

If she is new she is probably not aware that she can include the information on her profile and to inform clients from the onset when they call of the different rates for the various times applicable.

Most ladies are learning something new everyday to improve their business, working conditions, service to clients.

Just be honest and bring it to her attention that she should tell clients bookings from 5:00pm there is an additional R200 fee.

Most of us charge a higher rate for evening bookings to cover additional cost.

I had to charge a client an additional R1500 on an overnight booking to book a hotel room as I was not comfortable doing the booking at my premises as loud noises after 10:00pm is not allowed. Told him this upfront and he was happy.

It's not that we hustle clients it's just that some bookings incur additional expenses.

Might just be me, but Iwll give the lady the benefit of the doubt and continue with the booking.

I am sure she must have read this whole thread and are eagerly awaiting to proof all you pessimists wrong. Think she is gonna go allout to make this session unforgetable.
