Many TV boxes have a cheat way around Netflix protocols. When you attempt to log on through the normal web browser rout it fails. When you contact Netflix they will verify if your box is supported (and able to communicate with their system). Many of the cheap boxes available are not supported. You might as well get rid of it. I learned this the expensive way. Showmax do not have the same issues.
