Cape Town is a good example - costs are way above Gauteng!

and sorry to say attitude way below.
Picked up an iritation with what she called " the ventertjie squad". as if ct can survive without gauteng money :(

Area and venue I think makes up the biggest factor. Age, face and body also plays a role.
As for service, I've learned that more expensive rates doesn't always mean better service. Have had some really average punts in premium rate brackets and some mindblowing punts in reasonable rate brackets.
Upmarket venue = premium rate
Area definitely has a big influence too.
Have also seen when some ladies move between areas and venues their rates do change.
