Your kitchen refurb will be minimum R70k

Then add the bathroom refurb about 20k so that's 40k for 2!!!

Hey James... look on the bright side... lol... If good things supposed to come my way it will... I can only try. Im not looking for a free kitchen an bathrooms... only a good deal... I was extremely good in barter and bang until now... who knows... anything can happen... and Im not looking for brand new stuff... only tiles and maybe kitchen unit respray and new tops...

Any good plumbers here? I think I am having a blond moment. There is no hot water in my outside room. The basin has hot water but not shower please advise. Willing to offer a massage treatment in return.

Maybe a airlock.. Take of the head of the shower.. Then press finger over the pipe blocking the pipe open hot water tap of shower and open cold water then close cold water again and wait for pressure to build up in pipe.... Should have hot water coming out eventually if it was just a airlock... Happened to my shower because of our power and water being of last few days due to burst pipes down the road... A friend told me to do this and it worked...;)

Which of you gents can make me a doll house im willing to barter any of my treatments. Would be nice if the house comes with furniture too but I won't push it.

Arhwen... I bought the most amazing 3 story doll house with furniture, 6 Barbies, a car, horse and scooter on Facebook market for only R800. One of my clients told me he couldn't build it for R1000 (without furniture) ... really good bargains out there... go on FB market every day...
