The reason for that is when the clients call they negotiate all the way down to 250 for an hour. Atleast now they can negotiate down to 400. And to be honest the negotiating part is what the girls in this business hates the most

You will turn away clients who don't negotiate...I stay in The Reeds was considering visiting but now I have my doubts...Have one house price and stick to it..do not entertain any negotiations.
