I'm seeing more and more ladies joining Esa as mg or WG daily. What this tells me is that work is also becoming more difficult to find and people are becoming more desperate for an income thus thinking let me try this. This business is also not meant for everybody so even though you think you can make it, you might not be everyone's cup of tea thus you find business slow. I do believe though fees are one of the main reasons for us finding a downtrend at the moment. The problem is that wg and mg think the only way to survive is to increase your fees even from a venue thinking. We all taking the knock. I never got an increase in 2 years. Cost of living increased, petrol so I had to adjust. Why cant mg and WG adjust too?

People are usually scared of change and breaking out of a comfort zone. If it ain't broke, just leave it alone. There is no perception of how can I do this better or what can I do to improve it.

I heard a story of a frog once that was in a pot on the stove. He found the warm water comfortable and decided not to jump out. We can only guess what happened when the water hit boiling Temps. It was too late to get out

Interesting what's happening out there. Had a return booking that was a complete waste of time so I won't go back. It felt like it was a favour. Makes me not want to punt anymore. Then another I called quoted R1.3k I told her too much and it was a take it or leave it. The next morning she messaged and then said she can do R950. Needless to say I didn't really make the effort to go back. Others don't put the effort to respond to queries... so maybe only tough for some. I'll be more careful with my bucks though...

I've noticed for a while now places like Elements ads active, month end give you 15min free or pay for 45min and get an hour. It does make a difference for me at least. I also usually only stay for 30min unless I've punted before and know what to expect so that also keeps costs down. I'm not gonna waste my time nor money if we cant hit it off. I wonder if this situation continues will we have 15min sessions?

Do you guys find the high end venues are also affected? The ones I have been to seem to still be chugging along steadily with quite a few punters around...

Our government is to blame for the f up in our country. If they had stuck to their word about arresting people without masks etc,things would of been going well in our country. In Portugal masks are almost non existent, because the government was strict and people complied....

Masks have actually been SA's saviour. In the Uk no one wears them and they are back up over 60,000 cases a day, untold deaths and talk of bringing masks back and a Christmas lockdown.

I did, but I only fancied two of the gorgeous ladies with wonderful personalities. I wondered if I could bring my own braai.
