Just wondering is this now a pawn shop where people in financial trouble beg for help or pay and punt later? Please if a punter is in financial trouble must the SP's now bail him out? There is something like financial planning/budget. You know what your commitments are and give yourself a salary and in the good months put away/provide for yourself for the bad times and put money away.

Precisely. What are the chances of a broke punter getting a "punt and pay later" deal?

I had a lady once who wanted me to renew her ad on ESA so she could come for the Socials a while back. I even offered to pay her Uber to the venue and back. She never made it to the venue. Came up with some excuse. When I went to visit her for a punt, she complained that I had to give her full price so I paid her full price on went on my merry way.

Till today she keeps messaging me for money for advert, for rent, etc.

I ain't no stupid.

Who keeps the record of what you paid and what discount you get? Is it all just on WhatsApp chat history?

Precisely Mike the knife cuts both ways. Can I punt on "punt now pay when I have money in the future"?

truth is most women dont want to be in this industry so they most likely entered due to the poor job market or being in a bad financial situation already. Covid worsened everything. Gents feel bad for them so they assist.

I will admit that its become excessive and I never help any WG out because I dont expect the same in return. Also more money isnt necessarily the answer to the problem. Like jd6920 wrote financial planning and budgeting would probably be best

One of the ladies mentioned on the forum oversupply of SP's. Economics 101: To the balance the market and supply and demand if oversupply the price must fall. If to much potatoes are produced sell at lower price and the consumer will eat more and the market will balance itself. So sorry to so ladies if to many SP's reduce your price and increase turnover by selling more. The ones who cannot sell at lower price will exit the market.before you know all the extra SP's will exit the market
