My rule of thumb:
Personally, i ask if a SP kisses. If not, 99% of the time there will not be much passion in the session.
If SP says she kisses, 99% of the time, you will have a great time.
So if SP says no kissing, she must have an absofuckinglyamazing body for me to proceed. Because you are almost guaranteed, there will be no passion....
I personally don't prioritize OWO but your spot on when it comes to kissing and passion

I agree this is not force it us asking upfront is it available and if so what is the premium to have such a service. Its like asking the BMW dealship does the car have Bluetooth capabilities in Lalaa's case I have to sweet talk the sales person to tell me if it is part of the deal or not.
