You can do it too. Start with an unmarked, empty calendar or sheet of paper with 7 columns as many rows as you like. Tick off either first thing in the morning or last thing before you shut your eyes. Having the urge to tick the box daily keeps your mind resilient. It works. I don't know why but it just keeps me honest and driven to tick the box daily.

The possibility does (admittedly) exist that more a mindset and paradigm shift as opposed to a physical one. On a balance of probabilities it could be a combination of the two. IMHO.

Frankly there's very little one can do to prevent them.
This is the body's way of preventing damage to the prostate and seminal ducts. That's why retaining isn't dangerous.

It's very difficult to simply control it because you'd be in a sleep state which is very complex has different brain waves, different hormone secretions and other physiological processes.

The best advice I can give that offer (made a big difference - reducing the odds) is to properly empty your bladder (take a long piss) just a few seconds/minutes before falling asleep. Anecdotally, it's helped. Deep, slow, relaxing breathing as you fall asleep could be another - less likely way to.

I have not seen thaaat much of a difference.
