I wonder about this - i used to visit a MG who offered hand relief but bj to select clients only.
I asked her criteria and it was the obvious hygiene - but she did state she preferred natural uncut, as she found circumcised to be unattractive and "dry"
Her experiences in her personal life where always uncut - and that was what she had become accustomed to.

I had a good laugh... but I'd take questions like this anyday over an assumption of what a particular service is or what it entails.
As sp's we don't know what Said person's experience is, therefore we don't know if he has a misguided understanding of a particular service.
Rather ask and avoid confusion and disappointment later on
