Translation: the report doesn't exist and I'm now REALLY clutching at straws in my attempts to deflect attention away from that fact.
I'm not mocking the report. If such a thing did exist it would be an extraordinary reversal by the European Parliament so I would be very interested in reading it. Also as a reputable institution I would take it pretty seriously.
What I am mocking is you, because claiming evidence exists and then when challenged to provide it, trying to shift the burden onto the person challenging you goes beyond stupid.

I've also looked. Obviously this is a top secret report that is so highly confidential that they have only released it on a different site from all the other docs they've ever published, that is only accessible to the enlightened few like wild_one.
