So all in all a great chat today.

WE ARE ON

Some simple things that need to be put out:

R250 per gent for catering etc. banking details at the bottom

Each lady has to deposit R100 confirmation fee and this will be refunded in cash as you collect your name tag at the door. There is a roughly 50% attendance from the ladies and this causes wastage etc. in the catering section.

We are looking at 150 people (hopefully a 50/50 split). Not because of COVID but the venue itself to make it comfortable for everyone.

Nic has two mini busses that he has offered to drive to the Midrand Gautrain station all day to collect and drop off. So South, East, PTA, West have an easy solution

Plenty of competitions/ entertainment planned for a fun filled afternoon/ evening.

Now for the bad news, please can everyone RSVP and pay before 25 February. For catering purposes
