This is an adult way to handle this. I really welcome you to tell me if I'm being naive because I don't see a single serious problem with that. This is business at the end of the day, and the better the communication and expectation management, the more painless the experience is on the whole.
In fact I get the impression - acknowledging that this is perhaps strongly biased - that a good chunk of us punters understand that SPs have their favourites that they're willing to do certain things with, and sometimes for whatever reason that's not us, and that's fine.
A client who responds unprofessionally to the potential rejection should be handled with whatever protocol is in place with troublesome clients in general, so I don't see this approach introducing risk that wasn't there in the first place.
True @mods. My experience, which I hate, I have make a booking before having the conversation about extras and their price.

You are spot on my good sir, that is the best and most professional way of handling that situation.
I'm not too sure why the ladies do not do this, but perhaps they would like to avoid conflict.
So punters always pushing for extras that he knows he can't get.
Maybe they would like to avoid that conflict? And just say they don't offer it to the client while he is there.

Respectfully, this has nothing to do with the risk of falling pregnant. Why would I consider myself lucky if she won at the end by charging me a premium for full house? It has everything to do with money and how much they can get away with on pricing.

An example-your kid's school is having an open day. School says entrance is R10. There will be games and refreshments at a price. If they don't tell parents, the kids will not bring extra money to participate and having a hotdog stand and an ice cream truck and pin the tail on the donkey will all be in vain. Extremely well said and she is right, it is not just for the girls privacy but it is for yours too. In this industry it is better to not leave a paper trail lying around because we as the massage therapist don't know who you are yet and you could either be the police, or anything really. Also you know that you are covered too....

Yes I believe a huge part is about the money, but you are overlooking the ones that don't want to offer FH to everyone.
Some might only offer the sensual massage and that is all, not even a covered bj to certain clients.
