Thank you all for reply. I think the best is to go see my GP.
What I don't understand is that I had issues with this same problem years back say 20 years ago when I was younger and now it's back.

No one on this forum is equipped to answer your question except a doctor who physically examines you.
You can go to your GP or an Urologist if you want to see a specialist.

Turns out I had a some fungal infection. Got tested and all. Got meds and infection gone now.

Why do you consider getting STD from a wg not from your wife?
Maybe one of her toyboys did not use a condom?
