You're wrong about increased rates. There is *ALWAYS* a black market premium for illegal goods/services. Ask anyone who tried to buy cigarettes in level 5 lockdown...

I think it's a wonderful idea, and should have been done a long time ago

I'm annoyed by how the headline speaks of legalisation, and then the actual article speaks of decriminalisation. Quite clumsy of enca. Anyway I do welcome either, maybe starting with decriminalisation and then legalisation.

They should stop talking and start doing because they've been talking for years.

They just want tax money from us after realizing that we hold up the economy next thing they will tell ladies is to go register and I for one will not share my money I work hard for alone with no government...

Haha. Well if it makes you feel better I spent close to R500 on a bottle of whiskey (properly sealed and everything) got it home to find it was actually cold rooibos tea.
