On a company network they can track porn websites yes. On a hotel not likely to be able to tell which room is watching porn. Only if they give you a login specific to you. Also they won't really care what you're watching unless it's porn involving underage minors. Then you have far bigger problems than the hotel knowing what you're watching. So you're safe

Get yourself a VPN and they can't track what you are doing .....

Update your CV. But seriously, stop. If they catch you out, which will eventually happen should you continue, you will almost definitely be dismissed or if not dismissed be forced to resign out of humiliation.

Also, if you try and access blocked sites your attempt gets recorded.

If you are accessing ESA from your work pc, you are asking to be fired. I mean really who does that. They can track everything now days. Even from your home WiFi hackers can see it and try to extort you. You will be very lucky if they just blocked the site without contacting you for warnings. Just don't do it if you value your job.
