Myself and (ex) flatmate planned on extending the lease for the flat on both our names. Unexpectedly she did a runner on the weekend (bcs of outstanding rent). Everything here was hers. My bedroom and the bathroom is sorted out. There's NOTHING else here besides a coffee table and kettle. I'll barter (and bang you good) for anything that can see me through, until I get the opportunity to fetch my car & belongings in Pretoria. It's so difficult to get decent rental in Capetown (with my profession). I qualify for the lease but short deposit monies, so if you were thinking about booking, now is the time.
