I assume you did give twiddle dum and dee a heads up and an opportunity to rectify? While it should not happen, back in 2019 I short paid due to a counting error!! I usually pay up front, but she did not count it at the time. Fortunately we knew each other so she told me and i could fix (and paid R200 to make up for the R100 I slipped up on)
So what I am saying is one should not take offense if she counts, but innocent errors do happen.
Guess we are back to relationships and communication

Well in regards to tweedle dee and tweedle dum, I've sent both a whatsapp and still took benefit of the doubt stating it could possibly have been a counting error as you've mentioned.

Yet not one of them replied, in actual fact both their whatsapp's still have 1 tick

I always pay at the beginning and I have no objections to the lady counting it, and those that do object, well maybe they are the ones that "accidentaly" short pay?

We now know a few things about them and one is that they are fkn stupid as they ensured they will never be allowed back. How can they do that to themselves? Ahh! Maybe masochists!!

I have had my life lesson, and learnt

Funny things is that 9/10 times when you have been short paid, they will block you or not respond and if they were regulars, you will never see them again which leads me to think it almost always is intentional. Those who were not intentional will pay the shortfall. That's just what I found.
