One told me straight on the first booking that we don't need a condom because she can see Im a clean guy - how you can judge if any one has got an std or aids from their outward appearance is beyond me and I actually gave her a bit of a lecture that she mustn't look at her clients and think because the look a certain way or carry themselves a certain way that they are not infected with something, still she insisted she has a very good eye. Another one asked me for a creampie. I joked and said I don't want to get you pregnant and she said she can't have kids, I laughed it off and continued with a condom.

Most of these ladies are top rated and not cheap. But I must also admit that with most besides the one that said she can see I'm clean, I built up years of relationships before I was offered so to be fair it's not like I was offered from the get go or that I believe it is offered to all and sundry because there was no financial incentive for it. But yes, it's not cool and it becomes VERY tempting, especially when you know someone long and therefore I took a break from punting.

Technically this is not true, active herpes is an easily identifiable thing, assuming you get a good look.
There is no such thing as microscopic herpes, it presents as fluid filled blisters that burst leaving an area of red ulcerated skin.

Most sti's are easily visible if you know what to look for, except hpv and hiv. Chance of transmission of hiv can be be reduced to practically zero with correct usage of PreP drugs taken an hour or so before encounter and again afterwards, there are also vaccines against the dangerous types of hpv.rapid hiv tests are now available and offer another layer of safety, although they are not 100% sensitive if the person has only contracted the virus in the last few days.
Certainly not discouraging condom use but it is important to base judgment on facts and not myth.

I am curious about those that engage in bareback. I would honestly like to hear their thoughts on the matter without giving any judgment.

-Are they not worried about the health and safety aspect of themselves or the people close to them?

-Is putting lives at risk really that worth it?

-Is it about the thrill of doing something very taboo in this industry? Just why.

I'm actively against it but talking on the subject does more good than blindly scrutinizing.
